​How do I
place an order?
It's easy! Click on the product of your choice, select the quantity and purchase by going into your shopping cart and adding your payment info. Please allow up to 7 business days for your delivery to reach you.
*Certain products have a limit to the amount available and the amount available per purchase per customer.

Payments
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover American Express as well as debit cards that display a major credit card logo on the front. Your payment will be processed immediately and in the event that there is an issue will require 3-7 business days to resolve. We will do our best to assist you with any discrepancy's however suggest that you contact your financial institution for immediate assistance.

Shipping
All shipping is done via UPS or FedEx, unless ordered via Amazon, Uber Connect or Instacart. We do our best to ensure that all products are delivered in a timely fashion and in the delivery window provided, however we can not guarantee third party delivery's, In the event that a delivery is not made we ask that you submit a request in writing for a refund to info@rumorspublicity.com and allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be processed.

The delivery fee will be added to your bill at check out.
Delivery is set for 15 miles from our Lenox location, if your address falls outside of those parameters, WE WILL NOT MAKE THE DELIVERY and your money will be refunded.
We are looking to expand our delivery service area soon.

Returns
& Refunds
We hate to see it, but life happens...

In the event that a product has to be returned it must be done with in 30 days of the initial purchase and you must have the receipt. The product can not have been opened for a full refund and a partial refund will be issued if the product has been opened and/or used. Please allow 7-15 business days for returns to process.

If the product is returned empty no refund will be issued.
